Cancel your subscription

This form works without signing in. Enter enough information for us to identify the subscription. If you can still access your account, you can instead cancel directly in Polar's customer portal.

For an ordinary cancellation, the plan remains active until the confirmed end date. Existing prepaid EUR balance remains available afterward; a request for an earlier end is reviewed against the reason you provide.

Type of cancellation

End the subscription at the end of the current paid billing period. No further renewals will be charged.

Request an earlier end for an important reason.
