• SEO-optimized content generation and writing assistance
• Content scoring with 47 SEO metrics
• Brain knowledge base for context injection
• Content optimization and improvement suggestions

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

4. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create using Contextter. We do not claim ownership of your content.

License to Us: You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide our services. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is owned by you upon generation. You are responsible for ensuring the content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Contextter to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive content
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Use automated systems to abuse our API or services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Credits and Billing

Our service uses a credit-based system:

• Subscription Credits: Reset monthly based on your plan
• Top-up Credits: Purchased separately, never expire
• Demo Credits: Provided to new users, expire after 1 year

Credits are consumed when using AI features. Credit costs vary by feature and are displayed before each action.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all subscription plans. If you are unsatisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund.

Top-up credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
